Use this flooring nailer on 1/2-inch (12.7-millimeter) or 3/4-inch (19.1-millimeter) flooring — the magazine holds 15.5-ga staples or 16-ga “L” cleat nails between 1-1/2 inches to 2 inches in length， and two easily mounted， interchangeable base plates provide proper depth for either flooring size. The base plates are also non-marring， and a flooring foot provides added protection for factory-finished flooring. Whether you’re an experienced or first-time user， the flooring nailer is easy to control， at just over 10.5 pounds， and with a longer handle and comfortable rubber grip. With a midrange SCFM (air-compression) rating of 3.7， the pneumatic drive also requires moderate mallet pressure， minimizing misfires and extending compressor run-time.
